摘　　要：大学生是十分宝贵的人才资源,社会实践是人才素质形成的重要途径,地方党委、政府与高等学校要深化大学生社会实践的认识,共同担负起培养高素质人才的责任。从“人才资源是第一资源”的观念、人才成长的规律、“大教育”的涵义及“双向受益”的实践出发,正确对待大学生社会实践。College students are a very important talent resource and social practice is an important way of fostering well-informed persons with ability. The territorial committee of the Communist Party of China, the territorial government and universities must strengthen the cognition of the importance about college students participating social practice and take on the responsibility of fostering the well-informed persons with ability. On the basis of the concept “Human talent resource is the first resource”, laws of talent development, the connotation of “Big Education” and two-way benefit in practice, well awareness about college students participating social practice should be sharpened.
