摘　　要：通过对企业信息化和信息化基础内涵的研究,将影响企业信息化基础的因素划分为信息结构与信息文化两类,并按照企业的管理维度分为决策层、管理层、操作层,归纳出信息化基础因素集,并在此基础上建立了信息化基础评价指标体系,用AHP方法确定指标体系权重,用模糊评判方法进行了综合评判,计算出企业信息化基础指数,并用雷达图对评判结果进行了分析。According to the research on the meaning of enterprise informalization and informalization foundation, this paper divides informalization foundation into information structure and information culture, and concludes the factor clusters of informalization foundation by analyzing content from decision layer, management layer and operation layer. Then the Informalization Foundation Evaluation Index System is established. In this system, the paper applies the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of every factor, utilizes the method of Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment to figure out the informalization foundation index number, and finally pictures the radar map to analyze results.
