摘　　要：给出了一种新的最优控制目标函数和基于该目标函数下的一种改进模型算法控制,增量型模型算法控制是它的一个特例,并给出了该目标函数选取的限制条件,解决了模型算法控制存在稳态偏差问题,仿真研究验证了算法的有效性。A new optimum control target function is introduced. An improving model algorithmic control on the target function is pointed out , increment model algorithmic control is a special example for itself. The limit conditions to be selected the target function is gived out .The stable error of model algorithmic control is solved. The imitation study verifies the effectiveness of calculation.
