虚拟制造的铣削加工过程仿真技术研究

摘　　要：叙述了虚拟制造技术的含义、研究现状及其核心技术,分析了在虚拟制造中占有重要地位的铣削加工过程仿真系统研究现状,指出了当前物理仿真存在的问题,提出了数控铣削加工过程仿真系统结构和系统功能,并展望了铣削加工过程仿真的发展趋势。The meaning, development and the key technology of virtual manufacturing were depicted. Furthermore, milling process simulation was analyzed and several problems on physical simulation were pointed out. Finally we presented the structure of milling process simulation and its function. Meanwhile we proposed the development trend on manufacturing process simulation.
