摘　　要：国内外许多专家学者在股权结构与公司绩效的关系研究方面做了不少研究工作,并取得了相当的成果,但是这些理论也存在许多偏颇和不足。绝大多数研究者基本都仅仅从静态的角度来分析研究股权结构与公司(治理)绩效的关系,却缺乏对公司股权结构变动路径与公司绩效改进的动态关系研究;对外部环境体系对股权结构与公司绩效关系的约束也鲜有研究。但是,学者们研究所采用的计量研究方法、模型,比较研究方法却是值得肯定和借鉴的。Many scholars have studied the relationships between ownership structure and corporate performance and have made great progress in this area. But still there are many shortcomings and flaws in these theories. Many scholars studied the issue from a stafic perspective without taking into consideration the influence of the changes of ownership structure on the improvement of the corporate performance. And also, seldom do they pay attention to the environment.
