摘　　要：运用模糊数学中的综合评判方法对教练员的工作进行评价,对教练员评估体系进行研究和分析,从而建立评估等级和评估矩阵两级评估标准,使选拔教练员的工作走上科学化的轨道,旨在推动教练员选拔制度的改革向科学化、制度化、正规化的方向发展。In this paper,the author argues to apply the comprehensive examining approach of Fuzzy Mathematics in evaluating coaches,and studying and analyzing the system of coach,so as to establish a two-rank evaluating standard which are evaluating rank and evaluating matrix.Thus,this paper is aimed at promote the development of scientization,systemization,and normalization of the system of choosing the training coaches.
