动脉硬化性脑梗死患者血脂和血液流变性特征及元活苏合用曲克芦丁的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨动脉硬化性脑梗死患者血液流变学和血脂指标异常特征及脑蛋白水解物(元活苏)合用曲克芦丁对其的治疗作用。方法:69例动脉硬化性脑梗死患者随机分为合并治疗组35例和丹参治疗对照组34例。30名健康老年人作正常对照。比较治疗前后各组病人血液流变性及血脂变化。结果:合并治疗组总有效率(94.29%)优于丹参对照组(73.52%)(P<0.05);两组治疗前血液流变学和血脂指标均高于正常组(P<0.01),治疗后均有显著改善(P<0.01);合并治疗组降脂降粘效果明显优于丹参对照组(P<0.05)。结论:动脉硬化性脑梗死患者的血液流变性及血脂明显异常,元活苏合并曲克芦丁治疗动脉硬化性脑梗死疗效显著。Objective: To observe the characteristic of hemorrheology and blood lipids in patients with cerebral Infarction and the effect of Yuan huo su(brain protein hydrolysate) and Troxerutin for the treatment. Method: 69 cases of cerebral Infarction were randomized into therapy group 35cases and Danshen control group 34 cases, both groups compared with healthy control group 30cases; Before and after the treatment the blood lipids and hemorheological property were tested. Results:Effective rate of main clinical symptoms for the therapy group (94. 29%) is better than the Danshen control group (73. 52%)(P<0. 05); Before treatment, the hemorrheology and blood lipids of both groups is significantly higher than that healthy control( P < 0.01); After treatment,all item of hemorrheology and blood lipids have obvious ameliora-tion (P< 0. 01), there is statistical significant difference between the two groups(P<0. 05), the effective of reduce the level of blood lipids and the blood viscosity in the therapy group is better than the Danshen control group. Conclusion: The hemorrheology and the level of blood lipids in patients with cerebral infarction is significantly higher than normal. Brain protein hydrolysate and Troxerutin has good effects in the treatment for cerebral Infarction.
