摘　　要：目的:建立心舒口服液的高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)测定方法,并对其中3种有效成分腺苷、芦丁和阿魏酸进行定量.方法:采用高效毛细管电泳分离法以熔融石英毛细管柱(50 μm×66.5 cm,有效分离长度58 cm)为分离通道,以105 mmol·L-1硼砂液作为运行缓冲液;压力进样50 mpa,6 s;毛细管柱温度为20℃;检测波长为210 nm. 结果:心舒口服液中3种有效成分腺苷、芦丁和阿魏酸分别在10～160,20～320,20～320 mg·L-1 浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为96.7%,98.7% 和98.9%;RSD分别为4.4%,3.8%和3.2% (n = 5).10批制剂中腺苷、芦丁和阿魏酸含量RSD分别为9.3%,6.2%,9.0%.结论:高效毛细管电泳法测定心舒口服液中腺苷、芦丁和阿魏酸的含量方法简便、快速、结果准确、重现性好.OBJECTIVE To established a method for determination of adenosine, rutin and ferulic acid in Xinshu oral liquid by high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE).METHODS Xinshu oral liquid was analyzed by capillary electrophoresis system with a UV detector at 210 nm. The effects of concentration of buffer, injection volume, applied voltage between adenosine, rutin, ferulic acid and their neighboring peaks were investigated respectively. A fused silica capillary tube ( 50 μm× 66.5 cm, an effective length of 58 cm ) and 105 mmol·L -1 borate buffer were used. A capillary temperature was 20℃ and an applied voltage was 24 kV with 30 min, 28 kV between 30 and 60 min. The sample was injected at a pressure of 50 mbar for 6 s.RESULTS A good linearity between peak area and the concentration was obtained in the range of 10 ~ 160 mg·mL -1 for adenosine, 20~ 320 mg·L -1 for rutin and 20 ~ 320 mg·L -1 for ferulic acid, respectively. The average recoveries were 96.7% for adenosine, 98.7% for rutin and 98.9% for ferulic acid; the relative standard deviation was 4.4%, 3.8% and 3.2%, respectively (n = 5). The content of adenosine, rutin and ferulic acid in 10 batches of sample were determined, RSD was 9.3%, 6.0% and 9.0%, respectively.CONCLUSION The method was proved to be simple, and accurate, and can be used to control the quality of Xinshu oral liquid.
