诚信危机的法律思考

摘　　要：市场经济建立和完善过程中暴露出来的诚信危机现象及其解决效度的有限性,充分说明当前我国诚信问题的严重性。要探寻化解危机的有效办法,必须从多维度探究诚信危机的生发原因。解决诚信危机既需要道德的支持,但更需要法律的保障。因此,必须通过道德法律化加强对诚信的立法保障,通过严格秉公执法为诚信提供制度保障,通过培育守法精神为诚信提供社会保障。The credibility crisis in market orientated economy and its weak solutions shed light on the seriousness of this issue.In order to find a way to solve the problem,we should look into its causes from multi_dimensions.To solve the problem,we need not only moral tools,but also the legal support.Therefore,to enhance the legislative guarantee of good faith,we should legalize morality.To provide the system guarantees,we should impartially execute the law.To provide social guarantee for good faith,we should cultivate the law_abiding spirit.
