摘 要:面对环境污染和不可再生资源的日渐枯竭,传统企业的运作模式受到挑战,绿色供应链管理应运而生。绿色采购是绿色供应链管理实现的重要一环,供应商的选择更是绿色采购中最为关键的内容。本文从绿色采购的角度出发,首先提出环境因素应作为评价指标体系的一个重要内容;然后,鉴于其不确定性和模糊性,运用层次分析法对供应商的选择进行模糊综合评判,并结合案例加以说明;最后,在此研究的基础上提出未来的研究方向。With the development of economy and technologies, people have paid increasing attention to environmental pollution. Traditional enterprises have met challenges related to serious environmental problems and over exploitation of unrenewable resources. As a result, green supply chain management has become an emerging environmental strategy. As an important part of green supply chain management, green purchasing has to deal with uncertainty during supplier selection. Therefore, environmental indicators are proposed in this paper as a main aspect in supplier′ evaluation at first. Then the analysis of hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are introduced with a case study. Future researches are suggested in the end.
