摘　　要：目的:为了解血管内大B细胞淋巴瘤(IVL)的临床、病理、病理生理情况。方法:对我科一例IVL的病例作了回顾性分析。结果:此例患者于入院第9周因全血细胞进行性减少,持续高热不退、肺部症状不能控制,呼吸和循环功能衰竭而死亡。结论:IVL的预后一般较差,多数一年内死亡,临床上要引起重视。Objective:To better understand the clinical, pathological and pathophysiological conditions of Intravascular large B-cell Lymphoma.Method:Retrospective analysis of one case of IVL in our Division.Result:On the 9 th week of admission, the patient developed progressive pancytopenia, persistent high fever, uncontrollable pulmonary symptoms. The patient passed away owing to pulmonary and circulation failure.Conclusion:The prognosis of IVL in general is fairly poor and most patients die within a year. Clinicians should pay more attention to this disease.
