胰颈的矢状断面解剖及其临床意义

摘　　要：为给胰腺疾病的断层影像诊断提供解剖学资料，利用３０套成年男性腹部连续矢状断层标本，研究了胰颈的断面解剖特征。在矢状断面上，胰颈呈椭圆形（８０％）、三角形（１３．３％）和菱形（６．７％）。在肠系膜上静脉出现断面上，胰颈最长前后径２．３±０．６ｃｍ，最长上下径３．４±０．７ｃｍ。主胰管主要位于胰颈矢状面的中心（５６．７％）和中上部（１６．７％），其内径为１．６±０．４ｍｍ。此外，还详细研究了胰颈在连续矢状断面上的识别及毗邻。he sectional anatomic data for tomographic image diangnosis of pancreatic diseases werestudied on 30 sets of serial sagittal sections of Chinese male cadavers.The pancreatic neck showsas ellipse(80%),triangle(13.3%)and rhombus(6.7%)in shape on the sagittal section. On theplane with the superior mesenteric veins,the largest anteroposterior and superoinferior dimen-sions of the pancreatic neck are 2.3±0. 6cm and 3.4±0.7cm respectively. The pancreatic duct islocated mainly in the center of the neck(56.7%)or superior to the center(16.7%)with an innerdiameter of 1.6±0.4mm,Adjacent structures of the pancreatic neck were also studied in detail.
