跟腱微血管解剖及其临床意义

摘　　要：通过动脉灌注，对２６侧成人新鲜尸体下肢跟腱的微血管进行了研究。跟腱的血供主要来自肌支、健旁组织血管以及骨和骨膜的血管．腱外膜血管丛发小支穿入腱质，腱内血管为束间纵行吻合血管和梯形吻合血管。跟腱在其止点近侧的腹侧约１／２～２／３为无血管区。对跟腱血供的临床意义进行了讨论。By means of arterial perfusion and dissection,the microvascular structure of the Achillestendon was demonstrated in 26 adult lower extremities.The nourishing arterial branches of thetendon originate from the muscle,the paratendinous tissue,and the bone and periosteum at itsinsertion. Extratendinous arterial plexus sends small branches penetrating deeply into the ten-don. Interfasciocular longitudinal and ladder-like anastomoses are the main forms of intratendi-nous vessels. An avascular region was observed on the ventral side of the tendon near its inser-tion,Clinical significance was discussed.
