多束血管植入治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的解剖学基础  

Anatomical basis of multi-vascular-bundle implantation in treating femoral head ischemic necrosis with the ascending branch of lateral femoral circumflex artery

摘　　要：在３０侧成人下肢标本上观察了旋股外侧动脉升支的二、三级分支。升支通常在阔筋膜张肌肌门处分为上、下（一缀）肌支，上、下肌支在肌内均分出２～４支外径０．５～１．８ｍｍ的浅、深（二级）支，浅、深支在肌内分出７～９支外径０．５ｍｍ以下的三级分支。一、二级分支长为４．０～５．８ｃｍ。以升支带其各级分支可增加血管束的长度，植入的血管细小有利于血管新生。The second and third grade branches of the ascending branch of lateral femoral circumflexartery were observed on 30 cases of aduIt lower limbs. The ascending branch usually gives thefirst grade divisions,the superior and inferior muscular branches at the hilus of the tensor fasciaelatae,The superior and inferior muscular branches raise 2 to 4 sub-branches respectively, knownas the second grade division,the superficial and deep branches,with an external diameter of 0.5～1.8mm,Eight to sixteen of the third grade divisions arise from the superficial and deep branch-es with an external diameter of less than 0.5mm. The whole length of the ascending branch fromthe first to the third grade branches is about 4～6cm. This could be used as a multi-vascular-bun-dle implant in the treatment of femoral head ischemic necrosis.
