反相高效液相色谱法分析测定头孢羟氨苄及其有关物质

摘　　要：采用ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ法，以ＮａＡｃ缓冲液（０．０１５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，ｐＨ４．０）一甲醇（９０：１０）为流动相，水杨酸为内标，２７２ｎｍ检测，在ＳｐｈｅｒｉｅｓＣ１８柱上分析测定头孢羟氨辛（ＣＤｘ），快速准确。ＣＤＸ在０．２～８μｇ内，峰面积与进样量呈良好线性关系，相关系数在０．９９９９以上，最低检测限２．５ｎｇ。本法可同时检测其有关物质７－ＡＤＣＡ及α－对羟基苯甘氨袋。本文对ＣＤＸ在ＲＰ１８柱上的保留机理进行了初步探讨。A Rp-HPLC method has been developcd for the determ-ination of Cefadroxil(CDX),Using NaAc buffer(0.015mol/L,pH 4.0)-methanol(90: 10)as the mobile phase,salicylic acid as internal standa-rd,using UV detection at 272nm, carrying out with Spheries C18 colu-mn,The method is rapid and accurate.Calibration curves were linear b-etween 0.2 and 8μg with a regression coefficient of more than 0.9999,the detection limit was 2.5ng,The method can also determine its relative substances as 7-ADCA and α-4-hydroxyphenylglycine,In this paper the chromatographic behaviors of CDX on RP18 column were studies.
