桂枝茯苓混悬型无糖颗粒剂的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的筛选出最佳的桂枝茯苓颗粒剂的处方及成型工艺。方法以其成型性、溶解性为筛选指标,筛选出其处方中加入辅料的品种、配比及其最佳的成型工艺。结果桂枝茯苓提取物及药材原粉中加入1倍量的糊精,少量微晶纤维素和甜蜜素并以10%的CMCNa作为黏合剂为最佳处方。结论该处方的助悬性、成型性能均较好。Aim To select the proper excipients for granule of guizhifuling and the preparative process.Methods With building-up properties,solubility and resistance to humid as the judgement criteria,the kinds and ratio of the excipients and preparative process were sieved out.Results The most proper excipent combination consisted of one portion of the extract of Guizhifuling and powder,1 times dextin and few microcrystalline cellulose,sodium cyclamate.Conclusion The process and its excipient combination is better than the other process of formulation.
