术前区域化疗对胃癌局部淋巴结转移癌细胞凋亡及增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨术前区域化疗对胃癌局部淋巴结转移癌细胞凋亡及增殖的影响。方法应用原位末端标记法(TUNEL)及免疫组化技术对21例经术前区域化疗的进展期胃癌的局部淋巴结转移癌进行凋亡及细胞增殖的检测,并以未经治疗的22例进展期胃癌的局部淋巴结转移癌作为对照。结果对照组淋巴结转移癌细胞的凋亡率为6.4%±3.5%,而术前区域化疗组的细胞凋亡率16.6%±8.4%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PCNA的阳性率对照中为86.4.%(19/22),而术前区域化疗组中其阳性率为42.1%(8/19)。结论术前区域化疗可促进胃癌局部淋巴结转移癌细胞凋亡并抑制其增殖,术前区域化疗可作为一种有效的辅助化疗手段。Aim To evaluate the effect of preoperative regional arterial chemotherapy on the cell apoptosis and proliferation of the local lymph node in gastric cancer by preoperative regional arterial chemotherapy. Methods Among the 43 evolutional gastric cancer cases, 21 cases with preoperative regional arterial chemotherapy (therapy group) were detected by TUNEL and Immunohistochemical staining(S-P method) ,compared with 22 cases without preoperative regional arterial chemotherapy (control group).Rusults The rate of apoptosis in the control group and in the therapy group is 16.6%±8.4% and 6.4%±3.5% respectively.There is significant difference between the therapy group and control group(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of PCNA in therapy group is 42.1%(9/21),which was significantly lower than that in control group86.4%(19/22). Conclusion Preoperative regional arterial chemotherapy could induce cell apoptosis and inhibit the cell proliferation in local lymph node of the advanced gastric cancer, so it could be an effective accessorial therapy method.
