摘　　要：从全国大学生电子设计大赛辅导的经历,说明了教师的科研工作是取得辅导成功的支撑,进而阐明欲使学校在竞争中立于不败之地,要使学生掌握先进的科学文化知识,要真正提高教学质量,要培养社会需要的高素质人才,要提高学校的知名度,即使对于教学型的大学,也必须重视科研工作。According to the coach experience of the National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest,this paper states that the teacher′s scientific research work is the support of successful coach.It also explains that to make the university be in unassailable position in the competition,to make students grasp advanced scientific cultural knowledge,to really improve teaching quality, to train high-quality talents that the society needs, to improve the popularity of the school,even for the teaching oriented university,we must pay attention to scientific research work too.
