摘 要:目的通过检测肺癌及正常肺组织中KAI1、FAK蛋白的表达及其与临床病理学参数之间的关系,探讨其在肺癌发生发展中的意义。方法应用免疫组化S P方法检测54例肺癌组织及10例正常肺组织中KAI1和FAK蛋白的表达情况。结果KAI1蛋白在肺癌组织中表达下调,FAK蛋白在肺癌组织中表达增高,二者与正常肺组织相比差异均有显著性。两种蛋白的表达均与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤的大体类型及组织类型无关,而与肿瘤的分化程度、临床分期及是否伴有淋巴结转移密切相关;在肺癌组织中两种蛋白的表达呈显著负相关。结论KAI1和FAK与肺癌的浸润转移有关,联合检测这两项指标对肺癌的发生发展有重要的预测作用。Objective To investigate the roles of KAI1 and FAK proteins in the development of lung cancer through detecting the expression of KAI1 and FAK proteins in lung cancer and normal lung tissue,and to analyze their relation with clinicopathological parameters.Methods Tissues of 54 lung cancers and 10 normal lungs were examined and analyzed for their KAI1 and FAK protein levels by using immunohistochemical method. The χ~2 test, Fisher exact test and Spearman relation analysis were used.Results The expression of KAI1 decreased in lung cancer,while that of FAK increased.The levels of both proteins were significantly different compared with those of normal lung tissue. The expression of the two proteins in primary lung cancers had no relationship with ages and sex of the patients and the macroscopic type and histological type of cancer,but had significant relationship with the differentiation degree of the tumor, clinical stage and lymphoid metastasis. There was negative correlation between the expression of KAI1 protein and FAK protein.Conclusion The expression of KAI1,FAK proteins is related to the invasion and metastasis of lung cancer.Detecting the expression of KAI1 protein and FAK protein may be useful to predicting the occurrence and development of lung cancer.
