成视网膜细胞瘤的CT表现及其临床诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨成视网膜细胞瘤的CT表现,了解其影像学特点。方法分析12例经手术及病理证实的成视网膜细胞瘤的CT表现。结果12例成视网膜细胞瘤均表现为玻璃体密度增高,密度不均匀,常见钙化灶,呈密集点状或斑块状。眼球增大5例。视神经受侵4例,表现为视神经增粗,肿大。1例双眼患者伴鞍上区孤立肿块,左眼病灶占据整个玻璃体,内见点状、斑块状钙化,右眼环局限梭形增厚伴钙化。结论钙化是成视网膜细胞瘤最为特征性的CT表现,CT检查在成视网膜细胞瘤的诊断中具有十分重要的作用。Objective To explore CT manifestations of retinoblastoma and to understand the characteristics of its image.Methods The CT manifestations of 12 patients with retinoblastoma proved by operation and pathology were analyzed.Results All the 12 cases of retinoblastoma showed increased and inhomogeneous density of vitreous body.Calcification was frequently observed in form of dense puncta or speckles.The eyeballs of 5 patients were enlarged.The optic nerve 4 patients were affected and manifested as thickening and swelling.Over the saddle of eye in one patient with bilateral lesions there was a solitary mass.The lesion in the left eye covered the whole vitreous body, and there was punctate or speckle calcifications in it.The right eye ring was thickened in a localized diamond shape together with calcification.Conclusion Calcification is the most characteristic CT manifestation of retinoblastoma and CT plays a very important role in diagnosis of retinoblastoma.
