微机主从式控制系统在液晶电光性能测试中的应用

摘　　要：本文介绍了液晶电光性能的测试方案、测试设备的硬件结构及软件设计方法．重点研究了ＭＣＳ－５１的控制功能和它的多路扩展口的应用及ＴＢＭ－ＰＣ的图形和数据处理功能．单片机在很多场合被直接用于各种控制系统，但由于它的软件编写比较麻烦，不能胜任大量的数据处理工作；又由于单片机本身没有显示器，所以图形功能差．为克服以上缺点，木系统把它的优越的控制功能和ＩＢＭ－ＰＣ的完善的图形和数据处理功能结合起来，这一独特的主从控制结构显示了很大的优越性．This paper discribes the measurement of electro-optic properity of liquid crystals, the hardware structure and the software desingn of the measurement equipment. There are two main aspects:①The control function and the application of the extended I/O channels of INTEL8031 ; ②Graphic and data process of IBM-PC. Alough it iS usually used in many control systems, the single-chipcomputer is not fit for data processing and graphic display. To compensate for this drawback, the measurement equipment uses the single-chip-computer as a secondary controller for all the peremeters and an IBM-PC as main controller to command the secondary controller, process data, display graphics and serve as user interface. This master-slave control structure shows great superiority.
