摘　　要：目的:探讨逆行交锁髓内钉在治疗股骨髁上骨折中的应用。方法:从2 0 0 3.1～2 0 0 3.5月,应用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗2 3例股骨髁上骨折。结果:随访5～18个月,骨折均愈合。结论:逆行交锁髓内钉是治疗股骨髁上骨折的良好方法之一,其提供的力学固定有利于骨折愈合和膝关节功能的康复。Objective:To explor the application of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral supracondylar fractures. Methods:Collected were 23 cases of femoral supracondylar fractures, treated by antidromic interloking intramedullary nai from January 2002 to May 2003. Results:All cases followed up for 5 to 18 mouths, their fractures healed well. Conclusion: The antidromic interloking intramedullary nail was quite effective in the treatment of femoral supracondylar fractures. The strong mechanical fixation that provided by it was benefitial to the healing of fractures and the recovery of knee joints function.
