青岛地区冬泳人群SCL－90评定结果分析

摘　　要：本文应用精神症状自评量表ＳＣＬ－９０，对２９４例冬泳人群分组进行了测试（３０－３９岁组１３０例；４０－４９岁组８４例；５０－６０岁组８０例）。结果显示，冬泳组阳性项目数及各因子均分值与全国常模比较，呈非常显著降低（Ｐ＜０．００１）．不同年龄组因子均分值比较，４０－４９岁组所有因子均分值皆低于常模，差异非常显著；３０－３９岁组的躯体化、敌对性因子，５０－６０岁组躯体化因子与常模比较Ｐ＜０．０５－ｐ＜０．００１。揭示冬泳可提高不同年龄组人群的心理素质，促进身心健康的恢复。４０－４９岁组效果尤为显著。With the method of Symptom Check List-90 (SCL-90),an investigation of 294 winter-swimmer's psychoanalysis in Qingdal district was made,who weredivided into three groups according to the age:group Ⅰ(130 cases) the agefrom 30 to 39;group Ⅱ(84 cases)the age from 40 to 49; group Ⅲ (80 cases)the age from 50 to 60. The results showed that the positive numbers and theaverage valties of different factors in the winter -swimmers were significantlower than those of the national normal Model(P<0.01),especialy for group Ⅱ.It pointed out that the winter-swimming can improve the human psychogenicquality and psychosomatic healthl.
