摘 要:目的了解大学新生的心理健康状况,明确心理健康教育的重点,建立有效的心理咨询、治疗和干预机制。方法通过对浙江大学23275名四届新生用明尼苏达多项人格调查表MMPI2作心理测试并将结果进行分析,从总体和个体两个层面描述了大学新生的心理健康状况。结果大学新生的效度量表和临床量表的各类因子的原始分数大多高于中国成人常模,并经检验具有显著性意义。有心理问题倾向者为9.47%,有心理障碍倾向需重点关注的学生0.72%,其中女生高于男生。结论大学新生的心理健康水平低于国内正常成人,是发生心理卫生问题的重点群体。大学生一入学就对其进行心理健康筛查,及时发现和帮助有困扰的学生,并通过各种方式进行心理健康教育,是非常重要和必需的。Objective to explore the psycho-health status of entrants, and identify the emphasis on psycho-health instruction, and set up effective psychological counseling, psychological therapy and interventional mechanism. Method MMPI2 was divided to 23275 entrants of ZheJiang university. and from two decks of the integer and the individuality to describe the psycho-health status of the entrants. Results there is significant difference that the raw scores of all the factors was higher than the norm of Chinese adolescence. It was 9.47% that who was intended to have psychological problems. It was 0.69% that who was intended to have psychological obstacles, and who should be paid close attention, and the ratio of school-girls was high than school-boys. Conclusion The psycho-health level of entrants was lower than norm adolescences, they were point group to have psychological problems. It was important to find psycho-health problems in time and to give the students psycho-health instructions.It could also supply important basis to enhance psycho-health instructions of undergraduate students in high schools.
