摘　　要：在１０具成尸、１３具童尸（２～１０岁）标本上对胰胆管及十二指肠大乳头与ＥＳＴ有关的应用解剖进行了研究。十二指肠纵襞长：成人为２４．０±６．８ｍｍ，２～１０岁１６．８±４．２ｍｍ；大乳头开口上经至纵襞上端长：成人为１１．１±２．２ｍｍ，２～１０岁７．７±１．７ｍｍ；胆总管第四段长：成人为１６．６±１．６ｍｍ，６～１０岁１３．０±２．２ｍｍ；十二指肠纵襞长轴与胆总管（左上）夹角为４０．１°±１１．８°；胆总管与胰管夹角４８．９°±１７．３°，文中讨论了其临床意义。he investigation of pancreaticobiliary duct and papilla dtiodeni major was carried out on 10cases of adult and 13 cases of child(2～10 years old)cadavers. The plicae longitudinalis duodeniwere 24mm long in adults and 16. 8mm long in children. The distance between the top of the pli-cae and the upper edge of the papilla duodeni major was 11.1mm in adults and 7.7mm in chil-dren. The fourth segment of common bile duct was 16.6mm long in adult and 13.0mm in chil-dren,which formed an angle of 40.1° with plica longitudinalis duodeni and 48.9°with pancreaticduct.
