旅游文化效益——内蒙古旅游业持续发展的重要判据

摘　　要：影响内蒙古旅游业可持续发展的主要问题是旅游供需、经济与文化效益的矛盾,发展旅游业与保护环境之间的矛盾。文化效益在内蒙古旅游业发展中的地位和作用日益突出。为此,我们应当做到深入挖掘旅游产品的内涵,向世界展示内蒙古旅游产品的特色和不可替代性,加强对外文化交流,促进地区对外开放,制定相关的政策法规,采取多种手段,加强对民族文化的保护。总之,重视和利用好内蒙古地区的民族文化,发挥其效益是促进内蒙古旅游业可持续发展的重要保障之一。What affects Inner Mongolia tourism is the contradiction between tourist demands and supplies; economy and culture benefits; tourism development and environment safeguard. Culture benefits in Inner Mongolia position and role are steadily increasing. Therefore, what we should do is to unearth the connotantion of tourism products, to show the external world the peculiarity and unsubstitution of Inner Mongolia tourism products to strengthen foreign cultural exchange, to promote the opening up to the outside world, to lay down the correlated policies and laws and regulations, to take as mamy as measures to safeguard national culture. In a word, stressing and making full use of national culture in Inner Mongolia and giving play to its benefits are one of the important guarantees for accelerating the sustained development of Inner Mongolia tourism.
