摘　　要：在３０具常规防腐固定的成人尸体上，解剖观来到甲状旁腺共９１个，平均每具３．０３个。其形态呈术粒状或压扁黄豆状占７５．２％，位于甲状腺侧叶后缘及其附近占９４．５％。揭示９４，５％隐蔽在甲状际上、下动脉周围及气管食管沟内的脂肪组织和疏松结缔组织内。并对甲状腺切除术及甲状旁际移植术时，为避免甲状旁腺被切除或损伤等应注意的问题作了讨论。he parathyroid glands were dissected and the number and the anatomic distribution of theglands were recorded on 30 adult cadavers. Totally 91 glands were found, being averagely 3.03in each case and usually oval or bean shaped(75.2%).The majority(94.5%)of these glandswere located at the posterior margin of lateral lobe of thyroid, regularly concealed in the looseconnective or adipose tissues around the superior or inferior thyroid arteries in front of the esoph-agus, In view of the number and location of the glands it is concluded that wide excision of fat tis-sue surrounding the parathyroids should be performed during operation in patients with hyper-parathyroidism.
