摘　　要：对５０例成人腕管的横断面进行观察并测量与院管结合征（ＣＴＳ）诊断关系密切的几项指标，为超声、ＭＲ或ＣＴ等诊断ＣＴＳ提供正常的解剖学依据；同时测量了腕管浅、深境界及正中神经在卓侧体表的投影，为临床治疗ＣＴＳ选择手术切口及注射部位提供参考。ransverse sections of 50 wrists of adult were observed and three major indexes closely relat-ed to ultrasound B, MR or CT diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS) were evaluated. Thedeep and superior borders of the carpal tunnel and the image of the median nerve on the palmarsurface were measured. The observations will be useful for choosing a correct insertion in surgicaltreatment of CTS.
