失配性负波在注意缺陷多动障碍和品行障碍患儿中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的　了解注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿失配性负波(MMN)的特点。方法　应用美国NicoletSpirit脑电生理仪,对3 7例ADHD患儿、2 2例品行障碍患儿(CD)和3 0名正常儿童(NC)的MMN做了检测。结果　与正常儿童对照组比较,ADHD和CD患儿MMN潜伏期均延迟。ADHD患儿波幅增高。进一步分析,ADHD组波幅又高于CD组。同时两组事件相关电位P3 0 0 检测潜伏期改变方向与MMN一致。结论　ADHD患儿P3 0 0 变化,提示患儿可能存在注意力、记忆力缺陷及认知加工缓慢。MMN可作为P3 0 0 检测的一种补充手段,而用于儿童科临床。ADHD患儿MMN潜伏期延长,提示认知功能损害。Objective In order to investigate the characteristics of mismatch negativity(MMN) of patients with attention deficit and hyperactive disorder (ADHD), the present study was made. Methods The MMN was elicited from 37 ADHD, 22 conduct disorder(CD)and 30 normally control(NC) age-matched subjects by using a Nicolet Spirit BEP Instrument. Results Compared with NC group, ADHD and CD groups showed prolonged latency(P<0.05) and increased amplitude (P<0.05).The MMN latency presentation of ADHD was similar to that of CD, but with a higher amplitude. Conclusion It was suggested that MMN should be applied in the clinical examination of the patients with ADHD as well as P 300.
