摘　　要：五台山独特的地质结构,罕见的冰缘地貌,丰富的水资源,神奇的峡谷洞穴,珍贵的物种,多样的生物资源,良好的自然环境,多姿多彩的自然风光,雄伟壮丽的寺庙建筑,源远流长的佛教文化,独特的民俗风情,在全国的众多风景名胜区中,独具一格,加之政府对环境保护的重视,为五台山开发生态旅游奠定了坚实的基础.Among the numerous scenic spots around the country, Mt.Wutai is original in style with its unique geological structure, rare periglacial landform, abundant water resource, mystical gorges and caves、precious species、various biological resources, good natural environment, colorful natural scene, grand temple building, Buddhism culture of long standing and well established, unique local conditions and customs. All above with the government′s attention of environment protection have settled a solid foundation for exploiting the ecological tourism in Mt.Wutai.
