摘　　要：结合企业流程再造理论的研究和发展,提出教育领域中同样需要进行流程再造,并从宏观和微观两种角度进行了剖析。在此基础上,进一步研究了在高校中开展流程再造的动力条件,对高校的流程再造进行了明确的划分,探讨了高校教学管理改革运用流程再造的基本理论和分析方法,推进教学管理信息化的问题。With the research and development of BPR theory, this paper proposes that process reengineering is also needed in the educational field. It also explodes the proposal from macroscopic and microcosmic aspects, studies the dynamic condition of process reengineering in colleges and universities, clarifies its division, and probes into the basic theory and analytical method to implement process reengineering in the reform of teaching management in colleges and universities so as to promote the informatization of teaching management.
