CA125测定对某些妇科肿瘤的诊断意义

摘　　要：本文对４０名正常妇女和２０２名妇科肿瘤、宫内膜异位症的患者进行了血清ＣＡ１２５的测定。结果表明９８％正常妇女血清ＣＡ１２５水平＜５０ｕ／ｍｌ，行经期水平高于滤泡期、黄体期和绝经期水平。五组妇科疾病患者血清ＣＡ１２５水平也进行了测定，并观察了２１名卵巢癌患者ＣＡ１２５水平的变化情况。卵巢癌患者ＣＡ１２５水平最高，它与其它疾病组及正常对照组有明显的差异。血清ＣＡ１２５的测定在妇科临床上是有价值的。serum CA 125 was assayed in 40 normal women and202 patients with gynecologic tumour and endomentriosis. CA125 concentrations were measured at three differentphases in normal menstrual cycle and after menopause peri-od.The results showed that 98%normal women's serumCA125 concentrations were less than 50u/ml and werehigher at menstruate phase than follicular,and luteal nhaseand menopause period. Serum CA 125 levels were also stud-ied in five different groups and the level changes were inves-tigated in 21 ovary cancer patients. The CA 125 levels of pa-tients with ovary cancer were the highest and were signifi-cantly different with the patients suffering from other dis-eases and the normal subjects(P<0.01).We suggest thatthe serum CA 125 detetmination is a valuable diagnosticmethod in gynecological clinic.
