摘  要:研究了PVA在电路板印刷中的应用可行性。用正交实验分析了影响PVA与印刷用炭粉界面相容性的因素。并讨论了这些因素对PVA成膜性、PVA与炭粉界面特性、附着力等的影响。试验表明,PVA的醇解度(乙酰氧基含量)和摩尔质量对PVA和炭粉界面质量影响较大。The feasibility of the application of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) to printed wiring board was studied.Orthogonal design was used in the analysis of the factors that affected the interfacial compatibility of PVA with charcoal powder.The effects of these factors on the formation of PVA membrane,the interfacial characteristics and adhesion of PVA to charcoal powder were discussed.The experiment results showed that the alcoholysis degree and molecular weight of PVA had more effect on the interface of PVA and charcoal powder.
