胃炎Ⅰ号方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎30例疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察有健脾益气、养血和胃及生肌作用的胃炎Ⅰ号方(由党参、白芍、珍珠层粉、蒲公英、白花蛇舌草、七叶一枝花、莪术、当归、鸡骨香、砂仁、甘草等中药组成)对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的疗效。[方法]将60例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为胃炎Ⅰ号方组(30例)和多酶片组(对照组,30例)。胃炎Ⅰ号方组给予口服胃炎Ⅰ号方水煎剂治疗,多酶片组给予口服多酶片治疗。两组病人均治疗14周,在治疗前后进行临床症状评分、血清胃泌素水平检测和体表胃电图检查以评价其临床疗效。[结果]胃炎Ⅰ号方组患者的腹胀痞满、胃脘疼痛、纳呆食少、大便稀溏、体倦乏力、嘈杂泛酸、嗳气等症状显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);降低的血清胃泌素水平升高,患者餐后胃电图幅值参数增加(与多酶片组比较P<0.05或P<0.01);胃炎Ⅰ号方组的临床总有效率为86.7%,优于多酶片对照组的60.O%(P<0.05)。[结论]胃炎Ⅰ号方能够改善慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床症状,升高患者的血清胃泌素水平,增加患者餐后胃电图幅值参数。[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Gastritis Prescription Ⅰ(GP Ⅰ, mainly composed of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Herba Taraxaci, Herba Hedyotis Diffusae, Rhizoma Curcumae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, etc.) in treating chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). [Methods] Sixty cases of CAG were randomized into GP Ⅰ group (group A, n = 30) and multi-enzymes group (group B, n=30) . The two groups were given the corresponding drugs orally for 14 weeks. Symptoms score, serum gastrin (Gas) level and body surface electrogastrogram (EGG) were detected before and after treatment. [Results] In group A, symptoms such as abdominal distention, epigastric pain, anorexia, loose stool, lassitude, gastric discomfort, acid regurgitation, and belching were much relieved; serum Gas level and post-prandial EGG amplitude were increased ( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 compared with group B). The total effective rate was 86.7% in group A, higher than that in group B (P <0.05). [Conclusion] GPⅠ has an effect in relieving symptoms and increasing serum Gas level and EGG amplitude.
