摘  要:采用菜籽油作为可生物降解乳化切削液的基础油,通过试验研究乳化切削液配制工艺条件的影响,确定了乳化切削基础油的配制方案,并采用抗磨剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂等多种添加剂对其进行了改性。结果表明,所配制的乳化切削液具有优于参比皂化油的综合性能,在加工试验中可以有效地替代市售皂化油。Rapeseed oil was chosen as main base oil of biodegradable emulsified cutting fluid. The considerable tests were carried out. The conditions of process according with the quality of better emulsified oil were studied and the optimum method to prepare emulsified cutting fluid was determined. By adding proper multi-additions, such as antiwear agent, oxidation inhibitor and rust preventer, the result shows that the comprehensive performance of studied oil is better than that of compared oil.
