结核性、癌性胸膜炎胸水中sIL－2R、ADA水平及相关性研究

摘　　要：检测３８例结核性胸膜炎胸水和１６例癌性胸膜炎胸水中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ和腺苷脱氨酶（ＡＤＡ）活性水平。结果显示：结核性胸膜炎胸水中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ、ＡＤＡ水平均显著高于癌性胸水的上述两指标，胸水中的ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ与ＡＤＡ水平存在着正相关关系。e studied interleukin 2 receptor and adenosin deaminase levels in pleural fluid of 36 pa-tients with tuberculous pleutisy and compared them with those in pleural flnuid of 16 patientswith lung cancer pleurisy. Tuberculous pleural fluid had higher levels of sIL-2R;ADA than lungcancer pleural fluid.A significant positive correlation was observed between sIL-2R and ADAlevels in pleural fluid.These findings suggest that elevated levels of pleural fluid sIL-2R andADA in tuberculous pleurisy may be clinically useful in diagnostic procedures for patients withpleural tuberculosis。
