摘 要:采用DMS-150型定速式摩擦试验机及材料试验机等对汽车同步器齿环摩擦材料的摩擦磨损性能、胶粘剂拉伸剪切强度、洛氏硬度、抗冲击强度等性能进行了测试;同时采用DSC-TG技术考察了其固化和热氧化分解过程。试验结果表明,摩擦材料的摩擦因数稳定在0.28~0.38,磨损率保持在(0.04~0.51)×10-7cm3/N·m,抗冲击强度>2.94×103J/m2,洛氏硬度>100,在2.54kN最大载荷下的胶粘剂拉伸剪切强度>4.06MPa;DSC-TG曲线显示,所选用的腰果壳油、三聚氰胺改性酚醛树脂高温下失重率增长缓慢,而且热分解后的残余量较高,适用于170~180℃温度下使用,必须进一步提高其耐热性。该复合摩擦材料适合于100~250℃范围高温下长期工作。The friction and wear behaviors,adhesive tensile shearing strength,Rockwell hardness,impact strength of automotive synchronizing ring friction material had been examined by DMS-150 constant speed friction tester and material tester.With DSC-TG technology,the solidifying,thermal oxidation and decomposition processes had been observed.The results showed friction coefficient stabilized at 0.28~0.38,friction rate(0.04~0.51)×10-7 cm3/N·m,impact strength above 2 940 J/m2,hardness above 100HRC and adhesive tensile shearing strength above 4.06 MPa at the maximum load 2.54 kN.DSC-TG curve showed the weight loss rate of cashew nut oil and phenolic resin modified by melamine increased slowly at high temperature and there were many remnants after thermal decomposition.It should be used between 170 to 180 ℃ and need to improve its heat resistance.The carbon fiber reinforced composites are suitabe to long time work in high temperature above 100 to 250 ℃.
