14例小脑髓母细胞瘤全脑全脊髓照射疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　回顾性分析14例小脑髓母细胞瘤患者全脑全脊髓放射治疗效果,探讨其疗效及放疗技术要点。方法　对1996年7月至2 0 0 4年3月收治的14例已行手术切除、病理证实的小脑髓母细胞瘤患者,在全脑全脊髓放射治疗后,分析3年、5年生存率及局控率。结果　14例小脑髓母细胞瘤患者全脑全脊髓放射治疗后,其3年、5年生存率分别为6 9.6 4 %、6 1.4 5 % ;3年、5年局控率分别是6 1.90 %、6 1.90 %。结论　小脑髓母细胞瘤患者术后行全脑全脊髓放射治疗,其3年、5年生存率及局控率均比较满意,早期及晚期副反应均可接受。Objective To analyze the treatment results of craniospinal axis irradiation for 14 patients with cerebellar medulloblastoma retrospectively, explore its efficacy and key radiotherapy technique. Methods The 3 years and 5 years survival rate and local control rate of 14 patients with pathological confirmation and surgical resection between July,1996 and March,2004 after craniospinal axis irradiation were analyzed. Results The 3 years and 5 years survival rate of all patients were 69.64% and 61.45% respectively, the local control rate 61.90% and 61.90% respectively. Conclusion The 3 years and 5 years survival rate and local control rate of 14 cerebellar medulloblastoma patients after surgery and craniospinal axis irradiation are satisfactory for their light side effects.
