摘　　要：论述了信息资源、信息技术、信息产业在国民经济中的重要作用,高科技发展对信息技术产业发展的推动,以及各国信息化发展状况,提出了加大我国信息化发展步伐的对策。Described in this paper are the important roles of information, information resource, information technology and information industry in the development of national economy, and the development of information technological industry driven by high-tech. The author proposed that China should quicken the pace of its IT topropel its industrialization process and high-speed and sustainable developmentof its national economy and society in the new historical period.
