摘 要:目的:探讨宫颈癌组织中,多项耐药相关基因(P- gp、GST- π,TOPO )的表达水平及其临床意义。方法:免疫组化链霉菌素-生物素(S- P)法对术前未使用过化疗、放疗及免疫治疗的5 6例宫颈癌及癌旁组织,30例正常宫颈组织行P- gp,GST- π,TOPO 检测。结果:宫颈鳞癌与腺癌中各耐药基因的表达差异无显著性(P>0 .0 5 ) ,在不同分化程度及有无转移的宫颈癌中表达差异有显著性(P<0 .0 5 ) ,在癌组织、癌旁组织及正常宫颈组织中表达差异有显著性(P<0 .0 1) ,其中P- gp与GST- π在宫颈癌中的表达差异有极显著性(P<0 .0 1)。结论:宫颈癌中多药耐药相关基因的表达是癌的发生、分化程度及转移行为的生物学表现。临床上对3种以上耐药相关因子的综合检测意义重大,有助于指导临床对宫颈癌的化疗。Objective:To investigate the expression of multidrug resistance-related genes about P-gp, GST-π and TOPO II in cervical cancer.Methods:The expressions of P-gp, GST-π and TOPO II were studied by S-P immunohistochemical techniques in cervical cancer tissues from 56 patients and para-carcinoma tissues from 56 patients who had not undergone chemotherapy,radiotherapy and immunotherapy,and in normal tissues from 30 patients.Results:The expressions of P-gp, GST-π and TOPO II in squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of cervix had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The expressions of P-gp, GST-π and TOPO II in cancer tissue, para-cancinoma tissue and normal cervical tissue had statistical significance(P<0.01),and the expressions of them had significant difference in metastasis and differentiation (P<0.05).The expressions of P-gp and GST-π had correlation(P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression and combined expressions of P-gp, GST-π and TOPO II in cervical cancer were performance of biology about the degree of differentiation and the metastasis.To examine these genes clinically,it is beneficial to chemotherapy for cervical cancer.
