摘  要:审美素养是编辑综合素质的一种体现,尤其是教育理论刊物的编辑要具有发现美和创造美的能力,有较高的审美情趣,这是刊物发展和编辑自身发展不可或缺的重要方面。因此,要培养教育理论刊物的编辑良好的心理素质,保持心理平衡;丰富知识结构,培养编辑多方面的兴趣;特别是要培养编辑具有一定的艺术修养,这也是现代人应具备的基本素质。Aesthetic attainment is a reflection of an editor's comprehensive quality, especially the editors of journals of educational theories. They should possess the ability to find and create beauty, as well as higher aesthetic sentiment, which is an indispensable part for the development of the journals and the editor. Therefore, editors of the journals of educational theories should be cultivated to be with good psychological quality and keep psychological balance; to enrich their knowledge structure and develop multi-aspect interests; to be with certain artistic attainment, which is an essential quality for a modern person to have.
