摘　　要：目的　探讨鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜治疗喉良性肿瘤的临床价值。方法　回顾分析2 7例声带息肉、喉乳头状瘤患者采用鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜手术治疗的疗效。结果　2 7例患者中2 6例治愈,1例复发,治愈率96 .3%。结论　鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜治疗喉良性肿瘤,视野清晰,操作灵活,定位准确,效果良好,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of the treatment of benign tumor of larynx with nasal endoscopic combined with supporting laryngoscope.Methods Retrospective review of the curative effect of the treatment of 27 patients who adopt nasal endoscopic combined with supporting laryngoscope to operate.Results The cure rate was 96.3%.Conclusion This treatment's field of vision is clear,operation is accuracy ,simple and safe.It has a good curative effect and is worthy of clinical popularity.
