摘　　要：文章在简要介绍人类社会信息管理模式演进过程的基础上,着重分析了科技因素、社会信息需求、管理理念等因素对信息管理模式演进的推动作用,最后得到启示:敏锐的信息环境感知力和高度的适应性是信息服务部门在新经济中生存和发展的关键。This paper briefly introduces the evolution process of the information management patterns,analyzes the impetuous factors,such as science and technology,the society's demand for information and the management concepts.The result shows that it is the key to the survival and development of the information service department to sensitively apperceive the information environment and to highly adapt to the changes accordingly.
