摘　　要：目的了解临床护士的心理健康状况,分析其影响因素,提出相对应的对策。方法随机选取我院234名临床护士,采用SCL鄄90症状自评量表对其心理健康状况进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果50.0%以上的临床护士存在程度不等的不良心理健康。结论护理管理者应重视临床护士的心理健康,积极培养其良好的心理素质,尽可能减轻临床护士的工作压力,同时需要社会的尊重和支持,提高其心理适应能力。Objective To investigate clinical nurses′ mental health status, analyze its influential factor, and put forward countermeasures. Methods A total of 234 clinical nurses were tested by SCL-90, and the data were analyzed. Results The compliance of nurses investigated was good. Over 50 percent of clinical nurses had dysfunctional mental health status at different levels. Conclusion Administrators should pay attention to clinical nurses' mental health, cultivate their mental quality and lessen their work pressure. Meanwhile, clinical nurses should be respected and supported by society and improve their ability of mental adaptation.
