摘 要:目的应用VEP检测方法观察内斜视眼的鼻侧视网膜抑制现象在弱视治疗后的改变。方法对34例完全屈光性调节性内斜视弱视儿童治疗前及治疗3、6、9个月后进行一般视功能及多导图形VEP检测,并与24例正常儿童进行比较。结果内斜视眼:治疗前,半视野刺激VEP鼻侧视网膜潜伏期较颞侧延长存在非常显著性差异(P<0.01),全视野刺激VEP地形图偏向患眼鼻侧。治疗后:视力及视功能均改善,鼻颞侧视网膜潜伏期差值较治疗前缩短存在显著性差异(<0.05),VEP地形图偏态分布有所恢复。结论内斜弱视眼的鼻侧视网膜抑P制现象随弱视治疗进展存在逐渐恢复趋势。Objective To observe the changes of suppression of nasal retina in the esotropic amblyopic eyes during the treatment of amblyopia by means of visual evoked potential (VEP). Methods VEPs of 34 fully refractive accommodative esotropic amblyopic children were recorded before and after 3, 6, 9 months' treatment and compared with those obtained form 24 normal children,the common visual function were also checked. Results Before treatment, in esotropic eyes, the latencies of P100 wave evoked through nasal retina were extraordinary significantly longer than those through temporal retina with half field stimulation and VEP topography showed asymmetric distribution. After the treatment, both visual acuity. and binocular function improved, The latency difference between nasal and temporal retina was shortened significantly and the asymmetric distribution of VEP topography was recovered. Conclusions The suppression of nasal retina in the esotropic amblyopic eyes can be recovered gradually during the treatment of amblyopia.
