半定向选育提高单细胞蛋白营养品质的研究

摘　　要：利用酒精废醪培养假丝酵母作单细胞蛋白,对提高假丝酵母的蛋白质含量和含硫的氨基酸含量的半定向选育方法进行了摸索,使目的变异株的蛋白质含量平均提高了14%,其中一个变异株在蛋白质含量提高的同时,蛋氨酸含量提高了约40%Based on the research of growing candida in alcohol, distillage for production, a semi-directed breeding method was used to in crease the protein and methionine contents in candida cell, In the result, the protein contents of the desired mutants Was increased by 14% in average, meanwhile, the methionine content in one of the mutants was increased by 40%.
