摘　　要：原发性肠系膜肿瘤临床少见，易误诊和漏诊。本文回顾分析我院１９６０～１９９３年间经手术病理证实的原发性肠系膜肿瘤５９例，对其临床表现、辅助检查、误诊率、误诊疾病、治疗和病理类型等情况进行了总结，并就原发性肠系膜肿瘤的解剖及临床特点及诊断等问题进行了讨论。rimary mesenteric tumors are rare so are easily rnisdiagnosed. This article re-viewed fifty nine cases of primary mesenteric tumors proved by operation andpathology treated in the authors hospital from 1960～1993. After summarizingtheir clinical manifestations , adjuvantexperimental studies , misdiagnosing rate , misdiagnosed diesases, treatmentand pathological types. the article discussedthe anatomical and chnical Characteristics of primary mesenteric tumors and theproblems of establishing the diagnosis.
