摘  要:采用抑菌圈法测定了4种杀菌剂不同浓度下对白菜软腐病菌的抑菌能力。结果表明:65%1227优,45%蒜素优,17.5%链霉优都对白菜软腐病菌有不同的抑制活性。其中65%1227优对白菜软腐病的抑菌效果最佳,其毒力曲线为y=112.95x-149.42,EC50为30.66mg/L;17.5%链霉优次之,其毒力曲线为y=25.197x-35.107,EC50为134.47mg/L;45%蒜素优抑菌效果较差,其毒力曲线为y=7.8982x-9.1694,EC50为3176.78mg/L;26%土霉优在试验设定的5个浓度下对白菜软腐病无抑菌活性。对抑菌效果好的65%1227优和17.5%链霉优进行田间药效试验。结果表明:65%1227优稀释2500倍和2000倍的田间防效分别可达90.78%和95.56%,显著优于对照药剂72%农用链霉素2000倍的防效66.80%,是防治白菜软腐病的理想药剂之一。Experimenting the inhibition degree of bacteriostasis to Erwinia carotorora which was detemined with four bactericides of different consistency by adopting the detection of inhibition zone. The results showed that the 65% 1227 was the best bacteriostasis to Erwinia carotorora, it`s toxicity equation being y=112.95x-149.42,with it`s value of EC_(50) was 30.66 mg/L,the 17.5% Lianmeiyou was better bacteriostasis, it`s toxicity equation was y=25.197x-35.107,with it`s value of EC_(50) was 134.47 mg/L,the 45% Suansuyou's was worse, it`s toxicity equation was y=7.8982x-9.1694, with it`s value of EC_(50) was 3176.78 mg/L,and the 26% Tumeiyou no bacteriostasis.Field experiment of the control effect to Erwinia carotorora was detemined with 65% 1227 you and 17.5% Lianmeiyou. The results showed that the efficacy of 65% 1227 you EC reached 90.78%,96.65% in field condition when diluted 2 500 and 2 000 times by water respectively,the control effect was significantly better than that of 72% streptomycin which efficacy was 66.80% when diluted 2 000 times.which was one of excellent bactercide in controlling Erwinia carotorora.
