摘　　要：体育法是关注人民健康的法,是保障人权的法。体育法应当在公民的健康权、社会经济权利和文化权利等方面发挥重要的作用。为此应完善我国体育法,突出人权保护的内容,并将赋予公民的体育权利具体化,使其具有可操作性。The sports law is expected to be law which concerns people's health and protects people's rights.Sports law should play important role in protecting citizen's health rights,economic rights and culture rights.Thus,sports law in China should be improved by focusing on human rights and specifing people's sports right,and should be manipulated easily.
