摘　　要：从微观层面来看,犯罪现象的遏制和消灭归根结底需要犯罪人的犯罪心理结构走向弱化。犯罪心理结构的弱化具有丰富的理论内涵,存在着真与假、虚与实、浅与深、共性与个性交织混杂的不同形态,其过程大体要经历内心斗争、心理突破、心理反复和走向新岸等四个阶段。要实现这一过程,需要具备由外界积极因素和内部积极因素所整合建构的动能系统。Seeing from the microlevel,it's necessary to weaken the criminal psychological makeup of offender in the final analysis.In order to stop and destroy the criminal phenomenon,in the process of weakening of the criminal psychological makeup,there are abundant theoretical connotations and different configurations interwoven and intermixed by truth and falsity,emptiness and solid,simpleness and profundity,commonness and personality.Generally the process has to undergo four stages of heart struggle,psychological breakthrough, psychological reiteration and going to new bank.In order to realize the process,we must possess the system of kinetic energy made up of outside and inside positive factors aggregated together.
